光子治疗仪联合鱼石脂外敷治疗化学性静脉炎的临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察光子治疗仪照射联合鱼石脂外敷治疗化学性静脉炎的临床疗效。方法将90例2级或3级静脉炎患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组、对照A组和对照B组3组,各30例。治疗组用光子治疗仪照射联合鱼石脂外敷治疗,对照A组单用鱼石脂外敷治疗,对照B组单用光子治疗仪照射治疗,比较分析3组治疗效果。结果 3组患者静脉炎经治疗后均均得到愈合,治疗组总有效率93.33%均分别高于对照A组、对照B组的80.00%及86.67%(均P<0.05)。治疗组愈合时间、疼痛消失时间均短于对照A组、对照B组(均P<0.05)。结论光子治疗仪照射联合鱼石脂外敷治疗化学性静脉炎临床效果较好,可有效减轻患者疼痛,且可缩短平均愈合时间。 Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect in the treatment of chemical phlebitis with photon therapeutic apparatus irradiation combined with ichthyol external treatment. Methods: 90 level 2 or 3 phlebitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group,control group A and control group B,30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with photon therapeutic apparatus irradiation combined with ichthyol topical treatment. The control group A received only ichthyol topical treatment. The control group B received photon ther-apeutic radiation therapy only. Comparative analysis on the curative effects in three groups was made. Results: All of the therapies could promote healing of phlebitis after the treatment in the three groups. The total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group which was better than 80.00% in the control group A and 86.67% in the control group B (all P〈 0.05). The phlebitis healing time and the time of pain disappearance in the treatment group was obviously shorter than that of the control group A and control group B (all P〈 0.05). Conclusion: It has clinical curative effect in the treatment of chemical phlebitis with photon therapeutic apparatus irradiation combined with ichthyol external treatment. It can relieve the patients' pain effectively and shorten the average healing time.
