摘要
探讨了现行国家和行业标准中关于常压立式圆筒形储罐抗震设计的GB 50341-2014、GB50761-2012和SH 3048-1999三个标准,分别介绍了其适用范围和储罐抗震计算方法,其中计算方法涉及了罐液耦连振动基本周期、水平地震剪力、地震弯矩、最大轴向压应力和稳定许用临界应力。通过对比发现,三个标准的适用范围相差不大,计算方法有一定的差别,尤其是稳定许用临界应力的计算方法差别最大。分别利用三个标准的计算方法对10000m^3储罐实例进行抗震计算,计算结果相差较大,尤其是储罐稳定许用临界应力的大小,导致根据不同的标准进行抗震设计得到的安全性不一致,最后对抗震设计计算提出了建议。
The current national and industrial standards GB 50341- 2014,GB 50761- 2012 and SH 3048- 1999 about aseismic design of vertical cylindrical storage tanks with normal pressure are discussed.Their application scopes and calculation methods are introduced.The calculation methods include the tank- liquid coupling vibration fundamental period,the horizontal seismic shear force,the seismic bending moment,the maximum axial compressive stress and the stable allowable critical stress.The analysis shows that the application scopes of the three standards are basically same,but their calculation methods are different to a certain extent,in which the stable allowable critical stress calculation method has the maximum difference.The aseismic calculations of a 10 000 m3 storage tank according to these three standards are performed and the results are different.Especially due to the discrapancy of critical allowable stresses,it results in different safety degrees of the tank according to the different standards of aseismic design.Finally,the advice of aseismic design calculation is given.
