过渡金属与磷复合改性对ZSM-5反应性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用不同过渡金属元素和磷元素对ZSM-5分子筛进行复合改性并对其重油裂解多产丙烯反应性能进行评价。结果表明,不同金属元素对催化剂反应性能的影响不同。其中,W,P复合改性分子筛催化剂的反应性能最佳,其转化率比未改性催化剂提高5.28%,液化气收率增加6.80%。采用H_2-TPR,CO_2-TPD,FT-IR和NH_3-TPD方法对改性前后分子筛进行表征,结果表明,W,P改性催化剂表现出较高的酸性,且碱性质得以改善,但其氧化性质较弱。这说明W,P改性催化剂反应性能的提高主要原因在于催化剂酸性质的提高,而非氧化还原性质的调变。 The catalytic cracking of heavy oil was studied on ZSM-5 modified with phosphorus and different transition metals. Experimental results demonstrated that different metals had different impacts,and the W and P co-modified ZSM-5 catalyst offered the best performances. Compared with the unmodified ZSM-5,the conversion of heavy oil and the yield of LPG increased by 5. 28% and 6. 8% respectively with the W-P-ZSM-5.Characterization results by means of H_2-TPR,CO_2-TPD,FT-IR and NH_3-TPD showed that the W-P modified catalyst exhibited higher acidity and alkalinity,and alkalinity was improved. Whereas,the oxidization property was lower,which indicated that the better catalytic performance of W-P-ZSM-5 zeolite was the result of the raised acidity of the catalyst but not the higher oxidization property.
