为扩大乙烯原料来源,同时为废塑料回收利用开辟新途径,通过实验分析了混合废塑料裂解汽油馏分的性质,探讨将其作为裂解法制乙烯原料的可能性。族组成分析结果表明,与热裂解工艺相比,使用催化裂解工艺使混合废塑料裂解,汽油馏分中轻烃(C5~8)和氢的含量均较高,芳烃含量显著降低,烷烃,特别是异构烷烃含量显著增加,环烷烃含量增大。3种催化剂的作用效果各不相同,在Al2O3存在下催化裂解所得汽油馏分与石脑油(工业裂解制乙烯原料)的性质接近,烷烃、氢质量分数分别为53%,20%,特性因数为11.93,预测作裂解原料可能会获得较高乙烯收率。
The experiments were conducted for the purpose of expanding the feed sources of ethylene production and exploring the recovery and reusing methods of waste plastics. The pyrolytic gasoline fraction from mixed waste plastics was characterized by GC and tested for boiling range. And the charac- teristic of these gasoline fractions was analyzed in or- der to investigate the probability of ethylene produc- tion from them. The results showed that the addition of catalyst in degradation process presented a higher content of light hydrocarbons (C5 - C8 ) in gasoline fraction due to the cracking of more residue, and also improvement of gasoline composition. During the catalytic pyrolysis, the amount of aromatic was ob- served to decrease,while the amounts of cycloparaf- fins and paraffin, especially isoparaffin were seen to increase. Moreover, Al2O3 catalyst generated a high paraffin yield of 53 % , hydrogen content of 20% and characterization factor of 11.93, which were similar to those of naphtha from refinery used in ethylene production, indicating that the pyrolytic oil could produce a high ethylene yield.
