摘要
目的了解肿瘤医院工作环境对护士创新行为的影响。方法采用护士工作环境量表和创新行为量表对400名肿瘤医院护士进行调查。结果肿瘤医院护士的工作环境评分为(3.26±0.61)分,创新行为评分为(3.98±0.50)分;工作环境及其各维度得分均与创新行为呈正相关(P<0.01或P<0.05);高质量护理服务基础和参与医院事务为肿瘤医院护士创新行为的主要影响因素(P<0.01)。结论肿瘤医院护理管理者应着重创造良好的医院工作环境,激发护士的创新行为,提高护理服务质量。
Objective To investigate the influence of practice environment on innovative behavior of tumor hospital nurses. Methods Totally,400 tumor hospital nurses were investigated by The Practice Environment Scale of the Nursing Work Index ( PES - NWI) and innovative behavior scale. Result The score of tumor hospital nurses^practice environment was (3.26 ±0.61 ). The score of innovation behavior was (3.98 ±0.50). Total score and scores in all dimensions of practice environment were positively correlated with the innovation behavior (P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). High quality nursing service basis and participated in hospital affairs were the main influences of tumor hospital nurses'innovation behavior (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Tumor hospital nursing managers should focus on creating good hospital practice environment, stimulate the innovation behavior of nurses, and promote the quality of nursing service.
