糖酵解中间产物磷酸丙糖鉴定实验课的研究性教学

摘要 本文研究以学生为主体,促进学生自主学习的教学方式,设计新的实验方案,使学生更细致地观察实验现象,深入了解实验原理,巩固已学基本知识,拓展背景知识。 In order to promote the enthusiasm of students and push them to get knowledge by themselves,the experiment procedures were redesigned. The results showed that this made students observe the experiment phenomenon in more detail and understand the principle more deeply. And they reviewed the knowledge they studied in classes and mastered new knowledge they had no chance to obtain in classes.
