摘要
随着航运市场的发展变化及大型制造业、工程的发展,大件水运货物越来越多,影响其安全运输的风险也一直存在,进而导致海上安全事故的发生。针对运输人员对船舶载运大件货物时对船舶稳性、强度、系固等方面专业知识和技能的不足,文章以大型整节段钢桁梁运输为例,对大件货物水上安全运输应注意的几个方面进行了探讨,并提出了关于水上大件货物安全运输的保障措施。
