摘要
参考《海上拖航指南》计算分段受到的外力,依据焊缝轴惯性矩剪切强度理论推导出焊接结构件所能提供的最大水平系固力和最大垂向系固力,并对分段横向滑动平衡、纵向滑动平衡和横向翻转平衡进行计算,确定系固结构件的数量和布置位置。该焊接系固方法可为非规则重大件的系固提供借鉴。
The external force on the ship segment is calculated according to "Maritime Towage Guide".The maxi mum horizontal and vertical securing forces that welds of securing structure are able to provide are calculated through shear strength calculation of welds according to the shear strength theory.With these data the securing arrangement is determined after verifying the transverse sliding balance,longitudinal sliding balance and transverse flipping balance.The design method of welding securing arrangement is applicable for heave-big piece transport by sea in general.
