摘要
随着绿色发展作为五大发展理念的提出,绿色发展已成趋势。公路作为社会经济发展的重要基础设施,建设绿色公路已是潮流所趋。目前,我国公路建设基本上按照"低消耗、低排放、低污染,高效能、高效率、高效益"的模式建设,已经在建设中应用节能减排、生态环保技术,建立了管理制度,开展了宣传培训工作,但是还存在绿色发展理念有待提升、企业主观能动性需进一步激发、节能环保相关标准规范少、市场配置资源作用尚未发挥等问题。

Highway as an important social and economic development infrastructure,construction of green roads is the trend. At present,China＇s highway construction basically in accordance with the ＂low-consumption,low emissions,low pollution,high efficiency,high efficiency,high efficiency＂ model construction,has been in the construction of energy-saving emission reduction,eco-environmental protection technology, established management system The publicity and training work, but there is still the concept of green development to be improved,the enterprise subjective initiative to be further stimulated,energy-saving environmental protection standards less,the market allocation of resources has not yet play a role.
