摘要
基于最大程度利用硬路肩的绿色理念,针对佛开高速公路复杂的路面结构型式,利用落锤式弯沉仪、三维探地雷达、现场钻芯取样等室内外试验检测手段,对路面的厚度、结构强度、承载力、内部缺陷、材料性能等进行了判别,并提出利用高分子注浆、水泥压浆加固、钢化管注浆等措施对原路面进行了局部补强,以此对全断面综合利用硬路肩进行了研究。研究结果表明:除局部薄弱处外,复合式硬路肩厚度、承载力、材料性能等均满足设计要求,整体性能良好,局部薄弱处通过补强可达到设计要求,复合式路面硬路肩具备全断面利用的条件。
Being based on green idea of maximum use of the hardened shoulder,in view of the Complicated pavement structure types at Fokai Expressway,using such indoors and outdoors test means as drop hammer type deflection instrument,three dimensional ground penetrating radar(GPR)and in-site core-drilling,the thickness,structure strength,bearing capacity,internal defects,material properties have been discriminated,and the use of polymer grouting,cement grouting reinforcement,steel pipe grouting measures have been put forward for local reinforcement of the original pavement,so comprehensive utilization of the hardened shoulder has been studied.The results have shown that:In addition to local weak points,the thickness,bearing capacity and material performance of the composite hardened shoulder could meet design requirements,the overall performance is good,the local weak points could meet design requirements through strengthening,the composite hardened shoulder has the condition of full-section utilization.
