摘要
以来自少数民族聚居地的少数民族大学生为研究对象,以重庆市、湖北省部分高校的少数民族应届和往届毕业生为样本,构建少数民族大学生就业质量评价指标体系,采用模糊评价法对少数民族聚居生源地的少数民族大学生就业质量进行总体评价。结果认为:就业观念落后、就业选择面窄、就业观念不成熟、过分偏重对地域及单位的选择、对就业不够重视,是少数民族大学生就业质量不高的主要原因。
College students in ghettoize are taken as the research objects,and graduating students and graduated students of minority in Chongqing city and Hubei province are taken as samples,to establish a employment quality evaluation index system of ethnic minority college students. It also adopts a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to make a comprehensive evaluation for the quality of ethnic minority university students’ employment. It is suggested that the outdated employment concepts,the narrowed employment choices,and too much stress laid on the districts and the units are the main factors for the low employment quality of ethnic minority college students.
