电价补偿对生物质发电厂经营发展的影响 被引量:1

摘要 中国生物质资源丰富,经济环境和发展水平使生物质能技术的发展处于比较有利的阶段。虽然生物质发电被认为是优质的发电方式,但由于生物质发电项目的燃料费用过高,生物质发电产业的整体效益不容乐观。用系统动力学的方法构建以单个生物质直燃发电厂为例的经营发展模型,分析生物质发电厂的生存现状,在此基础上建立对生物质发电厂实施电价补偿的经营发展动力学模型,研究电价补偿对生物质发电厂的经营发展的影响。结果表明:目前的常规生物质发电厂难以盈利的情况普遍存在,电价补偿对生物质发电厂发展的激励作用明显,分段电价补偿模式比定值电价补偿模式更有利于生物质发电厂的发展。 China has rich biomass resources,and the development level of economy and environment push biomass energy technology development into a more favorable stage. But overall earnings are not optimistic because of the fuel costs. This paper constructs a management model by system dynamics method,which takes a single direct-fired biomass power plant as an example,analyzing the survival status of biomass power plants. Based on this,it establishes a management dynamics model for implementation of tariff compensation of biomass power plant, and studies the effects of tariffcompensation on the development of biomass power plants by set two tariff compensation models. The results show that conventional biomass power plants are widely unprofitable,and there are significant incentives for the development of biomass power plants through the implementation of tariff compensation,but subsection price compensation model is more conducive to the development of biomass power plants than fixed price compensation model.
