摘要
本文对生物质发电项目涉及的系统及其子系统进行分析,阐述了系统间的关系及作用。在当前环境及参数设定条件下,进行项目经济效益分析,对我国政府目前的生物质发电政策进行评价。借助蒙特卡罗模拟技术分析政府补贴、秸秆成本对生物质发电项目经济效益的动态影响,为未来政府制定政策提供指导性的参数。
This paper analyzes on the relationship between the system and its subsystems,then illustrates the relationships and the roles between systems.Based on the Economic Benefit Analysis in the current environment and parameter setting conditions,the biomass power policy of our government is evaluated.By using the Monte Carlo simulation,the dynamic affects on government subsidies and straw costs on the economic benefits of biomass power generation projects are analyzed,in order to provide guiding parameters for the government policymaking in the future.
