摘要
天然气液化船(Floating Liquid Natural Gas,FLNG)是集海上天然气/石油气的液化、储存和装卸为一体的新型FPSO装置,具有开采周期短、开采灵活、可独立开发、可回收和可运移等特点.论文文针对小型FLNG装置在南海某目标气田工程应用中可能遇到的台风条件下的操作策略、上部模块设计、船型设计和总体性能分析、外输方式、水下生产系统回接到FLNG立管的设计方案、水下生产系统回接到FLNG海底管道优化设计等关键技术问题进行研究.研究表明:FLNG可作为深远海气田开发工程比选方案之一.
In this paper, key technical challenges are researched, such as strategy solutions under typhoon condition, integrated design of topside, ship development and overall performance analysis, offloading mode, design of subsea tieback flow line and riser, and design of flow assurance for them. The results show that small scale FLNG is feasible in applying in real engineering project in the South China Sea and provide a plan for development of deep water marginal gas field.
