摘要
浮式液化天然气生产储卸装置(FLNG)直接与深海气田连接,打破了长距离管线与陆上庞大的生产系统的局限,是开发离岸较远的中小型边际气田的首选装备.液化天然气浮式生产储油系统中所有的工艺和设备原则上必须具备陆上的基本特征.其中,预处理单元和液化工艺单元的布置是其设备数量和空间要求最集中的体现.在海上晃动环境下关键设备的运行和性能会受到不同程度的影响,甚至会造成停产等事故工况,引发安全问题.这些设备能否正常、高效地运行,是决定FLNG船能否在深海环境正常投产运行的关键因素.
Gas processing facilities in floating liquefied natural gas ( FLNG) system are placed over the offshore gas fields, eliminating the need for long-distance pipelines to the shore. Containment LNG systems need to be capable of withstanding the possible damage when wave and current cause sloshing in partly filled tanks and tilting the key equipment of FLNG, which may lead to lower efficiency and even security problems, such as production halt. Product transfers also need to deal with the effects of winds, waves and currents on the open sea. Whether key equipment for the FLNG can operate normally and efficiently is the main factor working in the deep sea.
