摘要
目的探讨炎琥宁对感染性心内膜炎(IE)患儿治疗效果及对血清降钙素原(PCT)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hsCRP)及血沉(ESR)的影响,以期为临床治疗提供依据。方法选取2014年1月-2015年12月医院收治IE患儿86例,随机分为观察组44例,对照组42例,对照组给予药敏试验敏感药物及对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予炎琥宁联合干扰素治疗,于治疗前后进行PCT、hs-CRP、ESR测定,观察两组治疗前后各项指标变化,观察治疗7d临床效果。结果观察组患儿治疗后PCT、hs-CRP、ESR与本组治疗前及对照组同指标对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经7d治疗,观察组总有效率95.45%高于对照组76.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合治疗基础上给予炎琥宁可有效改善IE患儿CRP、PCT及ESR指标,提高治疗效果,且不良反应低下。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of Yanhuning on treatment of children with infective endocarditis (IE) and observe the influence on serum procalcitonin (PCT ) ,high‐sensitivity C‐reactive protein (hs‐CRP) ,and eryth‐rocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment .METHODS A total of IE patients who were treated in the hospital from Jan 2014 to Dec 2015 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the observation group with 44 cases and the control group with 42 cases .The control group was given sensitive an‐tibiotics for symptomatic treatment ,and the observation group was treated with Yanhuning combined with inter‐feron based on the therapy of the control group .The PCT ,hs‐CRP ,and ESR were determined before and after the treatment ,the changes of the indexes of the two groups of children were observed before and after the treat‐ment ,and the clinical effects were observed after the treatment for 7 days .RESULTS There was significant differ‐ence in the PCT ,hs‐CRP ,or ESR of the observation group before and after the treatment ,and there was signifi‐cant difference in the PCT ,hs‐CRP ,or ESR between the observation group and the control group (P〈0 .05) . After the treatment for 7 days ,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95 .45% ,higher than 76 .19%of the control group ,and there was significant difference (P〈0 .05) .CONCLUSION The comprehensive therapy combined with Yanhuning can effectively improve the CRP ,PCT ,and ESR of the children with IE and boost the therapeutic effect ,with the incidence of adverse reactions low .
