摘要
航空钛合金紧固件使用品种多、数量大,在尺寸、性能、冶金等方面均有较高的一致性要求。为满足高质量、高效生产要求,在钛紧固件专用成形、机械加工、热表处理方面大量采用数控加工设备。介绍了钛紧固件加工从温镦到最终表面涂覆以及产品检测的先进设备,指出国内在设备上的发展方向。
There are many types and numbers of aerospace titanium fasteners, the consistency requirements of size, performance and metallurgy are high. To meet these high quality, CNC machines are used in molding, machining, heating treatment process and so on. In this paper, advanced equipment is introduced from hot heading to product testing, the development of equipments in domestic also pointed out.
