摘要
对TC16钛合金进行了冷镦试验,采用低倍观察、组织分析和显微硬度测试等技术研究了其冷镦组织与性能.结果表明:TC16钛合金经退火后具有良好的塑性和相对较高的剪切应力,能够满足其冷镦成型性能,而该合金在冷镦过程中产生的冷变形强化行为能够保证其在退火状态下满足使用要求.
The cold upset tests of TC16 titanium alloy were carried out to investigate the cold upset microstructure and properties by means of macrostructure observation,microstructure analysis and microhardness test.The results showed that the annealed alloy could give well plastic properties and rather high shear stress,satisfying the cold upsetting properties requirements of this material.And the cold deformation strengthening behavior of the alloy during the cold upsetting process could meet the requirements in the annealed state.
