摘要
目的:在确定金银花、连翘及其配伍后抗多药耐药耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MDR-MRSA)的基础上,探讨金银花、连翘及二者配伍后对临床常见的11种致病菌的作用。方法:将金银花、连翘及其配伍后抗多药耐药耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MDR-MRSA)的最优活性组分,分别采用微量稀释法进行体外抗菌实验。结果:金银花、连翘配伍使用后对11种菌均具有抑菌和杀菌作用,其作用优于单味药和双黄连粉针剂。结论:金银花、连翘配伍不仅对MDR-MRSA具有抗菌作用,对临床分离的11种致病菌依然具有抗菌作用,可为临床抗感染治疗提供用药基础。
Objective : On the basis of anti - MDR - MRSA, to and the compatibility of two herbs on 11 kinds of clinical study the anti - bacterial effect of honeysuckle, forsythia pathogenic bacteria. Methods : The antibacterial effect of honey- suckle, forsythia and its compatibility was studied in vitro antibacterial experiment by using micro - dilution method. Re- suits : Honeysuckle, forsythia and its compatibility had the bactericidal effect on 11 kinds of clinical bacteria. The effect of compatibility was better than the single herb and Shuanghuanglian injection. Conclusion:The compatibility of honey- suckle and forsythia has an antibacterial effect not only on MDR - MRSA, but also on 11 kinds of clinical pathogenic bacteria. It can provide a basis for the clinically anti - infective drug therapy.
