摘要
随着省部企行共建行业划转院校数量的不断增加,共建平台初步形成,协同创新和人才培养取得新成效,科研与生产的良性循环开始显现。但目前共建工作仍处于起步阶段,尚存在认识、体制、机制和政策等方面的问题,需要在顶层设计、组织结构、决策体制、保障机制等方面有所突破。
Industry separation is an important reason for the inhibition of the connotation development for the Transferred Universities of Industries, causing some problems such as the unit operation and industry-supporting weakness, h has become an important means to solve structural problems in the management system of the Collective Construction of Transferred Universities of Industries Made by Provinces, Ministry and Enterprises. At present, the Collective Construction of Transferred Universities is still in the initial stage. There are still some problems existed, such as understandings, systems in the top-level designs, organizational structures, , mechanisms and policies. It needs to make a breakthrough decision-making systems, the guaranteed mechanisms.
