摘要
在支配卵巢的植物性神经系统中,其神经递(调)质主要包括多巴胺、5-羟色胺、去甲肾上腺素、γ-氨基丁酸、神经肽Y和P物质等。卵巢内的这些神经递质主要存在于卵母细胞、黄体以及大小囊泡等部位,参与了卵巢卵泡生长、排卵以及孕酮合成等功能的调控。这些神经递质通过下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴的活动参与了卵母细胞发育、卵黄发生和成熟的生殖活动过程。本文对上述六种神经递质的研究现状进行综述,为深入研究神经递质在家禽卵巢功能发育与生殖等方面的作用提供参考。
The neurotransmitter which in autonomic nervous system of the ovary mainly includes dopamine, 5-hydroxytryptamine,norepinephrine,y-aminobutyric acid, neuropeptide Y and substance P, etc. These neurotransmitters of the ovary are mainly present in the oocyte,corpus luteum,large vesicles and small vesicles,and involve in regulation of follicular development, ovulation and the synthesis of progesterone. At the same time,they also involve in the reproductive process of the oocyte development and the oogenesis. This paper described the research status of these six neurotransmitters. All of these will provide certain help for the further research about role of the neurotransmitter on the aspect of functional d evelopment and reproduction in poultry ovary.
