摘要 生物实验教学中经常涉及到显微观察实验,对于大多实验室而言,普通显微镜是常用的观察设备,观察结果往往通过手绘的方式进行描述,不便于记录和分析。本文在生物实验教学过程中,摸索出了一种利用移动数码设备与显微观察实验相结合拍摄技术,大大提升了同学们对科学现象的记录和分析能力,同时锻炼了大家的动手能力和对实验结果整理能力。在课堂教学中大大激发同学们的积极性和主动性,起到了良好的教学效果。 Microscopic observation is often involved in experimental teaching of biology. Vor most laboratories, ordinary microscopes are used in microscopic observation. It is difficult to record and analyze the results from the microscopic observation. The results are often described by hand drawing. In this paper, we put forward a kind of method, which combines digital mobile and microscopic observation. In this way, the student can conveniently record and analyze the scientific phenomena. At the same time, their ability of operation and analysis can be enhanced, thus stimulating students' enthusiasm in classroom teaching. An experiment has shown that this method gave a good effect in experimental teaching of biology.
