摘要
创新模式变革、经济转型、产业结构调整促进了服务知识化并推动了知识密集型服务业即KIBS的发展。现阶段对于特定类型的KIBS的创新轨迹研究尚处于发展阶段,对T-KIBS的进一步讨论有其必要性。基于T-KIBS的复杂性与动态性特点,采用静态研究方法会产生研究偏差,故从纵向动态视角出发,通过纵向案例的研究设计对微信进行案例分析,探讨了T-KIBS的创新轨迹变化过程。在综述KIBS与创新轨迹理论的基础上,从微信纵向发展与演进的视角出发,将其创新轨迹界定为用户参与式创新、外部参与式创新、平台创新及跨平台创新4个阶段,以期揭示出以微信业务为代表的T-KIBS的创新轨迹特点。
The development of the knowledge intensive service industry and its intensiveness were fuelled by the reform of in- novation model, economic transition and industry restructuring. The present study on the innovative path of certain types of KIBS is still under developing which reflects great necessity of further study on T-KIBS. This paper defined the innovative path of Wechat in terms of its vertical development from user involvement innovation phase, external participation innovation phase, platform innovation phase to multi-platform innovation phase. Based on the reviews of KIBS and the Theory of Innova tion Track, the paper analyzes the case of Wechat and concludes its innovative path by the study design of vertical cases, hoping to reveal the features of innovative path of T-KIBS.
