摘要
教学质量评价是对教师教学效果、教学影响因素等进行综合全面的评估和判断,充分利用现代化技术手段,对教师教学优缺点进行科学合理的评价,以不断提升教师的教学水平,积极挖掘教师潜力,更好地实现我国人才培养目标,满足社会经济发展需求。
Teaching quality evaluation is a comprehensive assessment and judgment of teachers' teaching effect and teaching influence factors,making full use of modern technical means to carry out a scientific and rational evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of teachers' teaching so as to continuously improve the teaching level of teachers,actively develop potential of teachers,better achieve our personnel training objectives and meet the needs of socioeconomic development.
