摘要
通过热压罐和RTM成型工艺的复合材料C型框弯曲试验,研究了两种工艺方法对其承载能力及破坏模式的影响。试验结果表明:热压罐成型的隔框承载能力比RTM成型工艺高27.5%,且其分散性小;两种工艺的破坏位置一致,但RTM成型的隔框在平直段与弯曲段过渡截面处外壁先发生分层,而热压罐成型在该处外壁至破坏前才出现分层损伤。该结论可以为该型结构的工程应用提供有价值的参考。
Bend experiments of two kind of the C-shape frame, processed respectively by using RTM and autoclave forming have been carried out to investigate the influences of bearing capability and destroy mode. The results show that the bearing capability of the frame by autoclave forming is 27.5 percent higher than the frame by RTM, and the dispersiv- ity of the bearing capability by autoclave forming is less than that by RTM. The position of destroy is the same, but the delamination of the outside on transition section from line section to bend section by using RTM occurs firstly, whereas the delamination by autoclave forming occurs until the outside destroyed. The conclusion is valuable for the engineering appli- cation of the circumferential frame.
