摘要
先进树脂基复合材料在航空航天领域的应用日趋广泛,热压罐成型工艺已成为航空航天领域复合材料主承力和次承力结构件成型的首选工艺之一。影响复合材料构件热压罐固化成型质量的主要因素有:由热压罐和工装系统构成的成型制造外部温度场、压力场及其作用时间,由构件复杂结构及材料相变特性构成的内部热力场等。综述了近年先进树脂基复合材料热压罐固化成形工艺的主要研究进展,并结合国内外研究现状,对热压罐成型工艺的发展趋势及亟需解决的问题提出了几点思考。
The application of advanced polymer matrix composites is becoming wider and wider in the field of aerospace,and the autoclave molding process has become one of the preferred processes for forming the main bearing and bearing of composite structure in the field of aerospace.External temperature field,pressure field and internal thermal and mechanical fields are the main factors to influence the forming quality.In this paper,the main research progress of autoclave for forming advanced polymer matrix composites were reviewed during the past years.Combined with the research status at home and abroad,some considerations for the development trends of the autoclave processing and urgent problems have been put forward.
