摘要
使用葡萄秸秆作为原材料提取出纤维素(GSC),用环氧树脂(EP)作为交联剂,并研究合成聚酰胺接枝葡萄纤维素时加入将聚酰胺(PA)与葡萄纤维素交联制备出聚酰胺-葡萄纤维素(PA-GSC)。测定出其对甲基橙的催化的葡萄纤维素的量、温度、时间、pH值对降解甲基橙的影响。结果表明,当纤维素(GSC)、聚酰胺(PA)和环氧树脂(EP)的反应比为1∶2∶1.5,反应最佳温度25℃,最佳时间2h,最佳pH值为4.4时,合成的PA-GSC的催化降解甲基橙的性能最好。
The adsorbent of polyamide mine-grape stem cellulose(PA-GSC) was successfully prepared with crosslinking the polyamide(PA) and grape stem cellulose(GSC) by epoxy resin and determination of the catalyst for the degradation of methyl orange performance. Then studied the amount of grape cellulose,time,and the influence of temperature and pH on the degradation of methyl orange. The experiment results show that,degradation of performance is the best at GSC,PA and EP reaction ratio of 1g∶2 g∶1.5 g,time is 2 hours,the temperature is 25 ℃,pH value of 4. 4.
