摘要
用偶联剂处理木粉或木纤维使水粉或木纤维复合的聚烯烃塑料相容性增加。结果表明:该复合材料有优良的拉伸强度、抗水性和熔融流动性;当该复合材料含60%改性木粉和40%聚乙烯时,其拉伸强度为22.gMPa,是未改性时复合材料的二倍,比原料聚乙烯强度高26%。
Modification of wood powder or fiber with coupling agents makes the compatibility of the wood powder or fiber-polyolefin increase. The modification results in the excellent mechanical properties,water resistance and melting fluidity of this composite material. When this material contains 60% modified wood powder filler and 40% polyethylene,its tensile strength is 22.9 MPa and two times higher than that of the unmodified composite material and 25% higher than that of the original polyethylene.
