摘要
《管子》以春秋齐国管仲治国安邦的政治管理实践为基础,构筑了一个主题明确、内容相对完整的国家管理思想体系,包括管理目的论、管理人性论、管理组织论、管理方式论、管理权变论、经济管理论等内容。这是中国最早最系统的国家治理哲学,对中国国家治理现代化仍具有重要的借鉴意义。
Guan Zi constructed a systematic theory of national management with explicit topic and relatively complete contents based on Guanzhong＇s outstanding political practices in Qi State during the Spring and Autumn Period in China. It is the earliest and the most systematic philosophy of national governance. Guan Zi＇s management thought system may be interpreted from viewpoints of management purpose, management humanity, management organization, management ways, management changes and economic management. The national governance thought of Guan Zi also has practical values in China today.
