摘要
任何管理理论都有其人性观基础。中国传统管理人性观主要围绕善恶问题而展开,代表性观点有孟子的性善论、荀子和韩非子的性恶论、世子的有善有恶论、告子的无善无恶论四种。与西方管理理论侧重从"自然"的角度客观描述人性不同,中国传统管理思想主要从"道德"的角度对人性予以价值评价,为中西各具特色的管理理论和管理模式提供了理论根据。中国传统管理人性观对当代管理理论和管理实践仍具有重要借鉴意义。
Abstract: Humanity views is the theoretical basis of every management theory. Good and evil are main problems in humanity views of Chinese traditional management, including four views, such as the theory of Mencius' good nature, the theory of Xunzi's and Hanfeizi's evil nature, the theory of Shizi's good and evil nature and the theory of Gaozi's no good no evil nature. It is different from West management theories that objectively describe humanity from the persistive of "nature", Chinese traditional management thought mainly evaluates humanity from the perspective of "morality'. They both provide the theoretical foundation of management theories and mode of West and China. Humanity views of Chinese traditional management have also an important reference value for current management theories and practices.
