摘要
周宁抽水蓄能电站下水库大坝下游河道具有河道狭窄、边坡高陡、天然水深浅的特点,消能建筑物布置条件比较差,且大坝紧靠已建的龙溪二级电站地面厂房,泄洪对其存在不利影响。可行性研究阶段,为研究挑流消能方案的可行性,采用水工模型试验对设计方案进行优化,并对外部影响进行试验分析。通过采取底孔扭曲鼻坎、表孔俯角、下游二道坝+预挖冲坑等多种工程措施成功解决了上述技术难题。试验成果表明,挑流消能造成的下游冲刷、雾化等影响均在合理范围之内,满足本工程要求。
The downstream channel of the dam for the lower reservoir of Zhouning Pumped Storage Hydropower Station has the characteristics of narrow channel, high and steep slope, shallow natural water depth, etc. , and then the condition therein for the layout of the energy dissipator is poor, while the dam is closely adjacent to the existing ground powerhouse of Longxi Ⅱ Hy- dropower Station, thus the flood discharge from the dam has an adverse impact on it. During the feasibility study, the design scheme is optimized with a hydraulic model test for researching the feasibility of the ski-jump energy dissipation scheme; moreo- ver, the external impact is experimentally analyzed as well. Through adoptions of several engineering measures, such as twisted bucket lip for bottom outlet, depression angle for surface outlet, downstream subsidiary dam and pre-excavating scour pit, etc. , the technical problems mentioned above are successfully solved. The experiment result shows that all the impacts from the down- stream erosion, atomization, etc. caused by the ski-jump energy dissipation are within their reasonable ranges, thus can meet the requirements of the project.
