挑流鼻坎体型数值模拟优化研究

摘要 针对某水库溢洪道挑射水舌过于集中、消能率较低等问题,建立原连续式挑流鼻坎数学模型,通过FLUENT流体计算软件,采用VOF自由追踪液面、RNG k-ε湍流模型进行数值模拟计算,并通过物理模型试验进行验证;在验证通过的基础上,拟定双圆弧差动式挑流鼻坎优化体型。结果表明,优化体型可以分散水舌,避免水流落点过于集中,提高了消能率,可有效降低对下游河床的冲刷。 Aiming at the problem that the tongue of water injection is too concentrated and the energy dissipation rate is low,in this paper,the mathematical model of the original continuous jet bucket shape was established,and the numerical simulation calculation was carried out by VOF free tracking liquid level and RNG k-εturbulence model by FLUENT(CFD software),and verified by physical model test.On the basis of the above verfication,a double-arc slotted jet bucket was formulated to optimize the body shape.The results show that optimizing the body shape can disperse the water tongue,avoid excessive concentration of water flow points,improve the energy dissipation rate,and effectively reduce scouring of the downstream riverbed.
