加味消髓化核汤联合西医治疗根性坐骨神经痛疗效观察 被引量:9

Efficacy Observation of Jiaweixiaosuihuahe Decoction Combined with Western Medicines in the Treatment of Sciatica of Nerve Roots

摘要 目的:观察分析加味消髓化核汤联合西医治疗根性坐骨神经痛的临床疗效。方法:300例根性坐骨神经痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组各150例。对照组给予奥卡西平片、甲钴胺片、泼尼松片,结合腰椎三维牵引治疗;观察组在对照组基础上加用加味消髓化核汤。两组疗程均为3周。比较两组临床疗效、VAS疼痛评分和神经传导速度,记录药品不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为91.33%,明显高于对照组的78.67%(P<0.01)。两组治疗后VAS疼痛评分以及运动神经传导传速度(MCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SCV)等各指标均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组的各项指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组药品不良反应发生率相近(P>0.05)。结论:加味消髓化核汤联合西医治疗根性坐骨神经痛临床疗效肯定,值得临床推广运用。 Objective: To observe the efficacy of Jiaweixiaosuihuahe decoction combined with western medicines for the therapy of sciatica of nerve roots. Methods: A total of 300 patients with sciatica of nerve roots were randomly divided into the study group ( 150 cases) and the control group (150 cases). The control group received oxcarbazepine, mecobalamin, prednisone and three-dimensional lumbar traction, and the study group was treated with Jiaweixiaosuihuahe decoction additionally. The treatment course was 3 weeks. The clinical effects, VAS score and nerve conduction velocity were compared, and the adverse reactions were recorded. Results: The total effective rate (91.33%) of the study group was higher than that (78.67%) of the control group (P 〈 0.01 ). After the treat- ment, the VAS score, motor nerve conduction velocity (MCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity (SCV) were improved in both groups (P 〈 0.05 ), and compared with those in the control group, the improvement in the study group was more notable (P 〈 0.05 ). The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was similar( P〉0.05 ). Conclusion: Jiaweixiaosuihuahe decoction combined with western medicines is an effective method for the therapy of sciatica of nerve roots, which is worthy of wide clinical use.
