摘要
目的分析影响夫精宫腔内人工授精妊娠率的因素。方法回顾性分析2011年1月～2015年12月行夫精宫腔内人工授精的518个周期,采用多因素Logistic回归筛选妊娠率的影响因素。结果年龄、周期方式、人工授精次数是妊娠率的影响因素。（OR分别为0.928、1.848、2.380）。结论年轻患者采用诱导排卵方案,排卵前后各1次人工授精可提高妊娠率。
0bjective：To analysis the influencing factors on the pregnancy rate in intrauterine insemination（IUI）cycles. Methods：The data of 518 IUI cycles were retrospectively analyzed. Find the influencing factors on pregnancy rate by multivariable regression logistic analysis. Results：The female age,ovulation induction,and times of IUI were related with pregnancy rate（OR=0.928、1.848、2.380,respectively）. Conclusions：Younger patient,ovulation induction cycle,and two times of IUI before and after ovulation can improve pregnancy rate.
