摘要
中小企业是我国市场经济的重要组成部分。目前,中小企业普遍面临融资难的问题。本文在梳理分析国内外学者对中小企业融资研究的基础上,加入了一些新的衡量指标进行中小企业融资影响因素的实证研究,建立了相对科学和完善的指标体系。根据实证结果,本文对中小企业的融资现状和融资影响因素进行了分析,并提出了现阶段缓解中小企业融资难的办法。
small and medium sized enterprises are important part of the market economy in China. At present, small and medium-sized enterprises generally face the problem of financing difficulties. The paper analyzes the domestic and foreign scholars＇ study of the SMEs financing, adding some new index for empirical research on the impact factors of SME financing. The establishment of the index system is relatively scientific and perfect. This paper analyzes the financing situation and the influencing factors of small and medium enterprises＇ financing according to the empirical results, then puts forward the way to ease the financing difficulties of SMEs.
