摘要
针对当前铝厂能耗高效益差等不利局面,分析阳极氧化的原因和危害,提出通过优选阳极原料、采用新技术,以及电解槽的日常管理等方面改善预焙阳极抗氧化的可行措施,使业内人士能够重视阳极的抗氧化性能,从而为电解铝工业的节能降耗做出贡献。
In view of some adverse situations such as high energy consumption, decreasing benefits and so on in present smelters, the reason and harm of anodic oxidation are analyzed, some improving anode oxidation feasible measures such as optimizing anode materials, adopting new technology, and the daily management are proposed to make insiders attach importance to the anode oxidation resistance, and thus contribute to saving energy and reducing consumption of the aluminum reduction industry.
