摘要
对于先用AlCl3溶液再用氨水浸渍来处理炭块,研究了浸渍浓度、浸渍时间对填充率、电阻率、耐压强度、热膨胀率的影响。实际结果显示:(1)浸渍浓度、浸渍时间的最佳组合为:浸渍浓度1∶3,浸渍时间54小时。(2)先用Al-Cl3溶液再用氨水浸渍,可使填充率达到12.4%,电阻率降低率达到25.29%,耐压强度增加率达到50%,热膨胀率减小率达到45%以上。
As to immersion with AlCl3 solution firstly and then in ammonia solution, the effect of immersion density, immersion time on filling rate,electronic resistivity,comperession strength and heat expansion rate are investigated. The actual result showes that: ( 1 )the optimum process is that immersion density is 1:3 and immersion time is 54 hours. (2) immersion AICI3 firstly and then in ammonia solution, the filling rate will reach 12.4 %, the decreace rate of electronic resistivity can reach 25.29 %, the increace rate of compression strength can reach 50 % and the decreace rate of heat expansion rate ever, can reach more than 45 %.
