摘要
目的利用Web of Science数据库搜索并分析丙戊酸治疗癫痫的文献,了解丙戊酸在癫痫治疗领域的研究情况。方法在Web of Science核心合集数据库中以"valproic acid"或"valproate"和"epilepsy"为关键词进行检索,分析检索结果和文献引用情况。结果共检索到9883条文献,文章发表量与引文数呈上升趋势;美国文献发表数量占检索结果的31.094%,排名第1;中国占检索结果的4.543%,排名第6。结论丙戊酸在癫痫治疗中占有重要地位,美国在此领域领先全球,中国与美国仍有一定差距。
Objective To determine the development of valproic acid for epilepsy by Web of Science based bibliometric analysis. Methods The chosen searching terms included valproic acid or valproate, epilepsy in the Web of Science citation database. Searching results and citations were analyzed. Results Totally 9883 literatures related to this field were recorded in the Web of Science. The total number of publications and citations keep increasing. The United States had the most publications（31.094%） around the world while China＇s publications（4.543%） ranked 6th. Conclusion Valproic acid is an important drug in the treatment of epilepsy. There is certain distance between the United States and China.
