摘要 介绍SF_6电气设备发生故障时内部绝缘材料的分解特征,提出其分解物是危及设备安全的重大威胁。阐明了通过分解物、水分和纯度检测,能准确、方便、快速地诊断出设备内部的故障;介绍了分解物的检测方法、正常含量和检测周期,总结出设备故障类型、可能部位和故障诊断方法。 This paper introduces the characteristics of the decomposition of the internal insulating materials when theSF6 electrical equipment malfunctions and points out that the decomposed substances pose a big threat to the securityof the equipment. In addition,it expounds that accurate,convenient and rapid diagnoses of the internal faults ofthe device can be obtained by means of tests of the decomposed substances, moisture and purity. Furthermore, it introducesthe testing methods, normal contents and testing periods of the decomposed substances as well as summarizingdifferent types of faults, possible locations and ways of fault diagnosis.
