摘要
本试验通过研究不同代谢能和粗蛋白质水平日粮对育雏期太行鸡生长性能和血清生化指标的影响,确定饲粮中适宜的代谢能和粗蛋白质水平,为制定太行鸡的饲养标准提供理论依据。本研究采用2因素3水平的试验设计,选取720只1日龄健康太行鸡,随机分成9组,每组4个重复,每个重复20只。日粮代谢能水平分别为11.70、12.00、12.30 MJ/kg,粗蛋白质水平分别为17%、18.5%、20%,共9种饲粮。结果表明:日粮代谢能水平对育雏期太行鸡生长性能有显著影响(P〈0.05),粗蛋白质水平对生长性能的影响未达到显著水平,代谢能和粗蛋白质水平互作效应显著。随代谢能水平提高,太行鸡末期体重、平均日增重增加、平均日采食量和料重比降低;随粗蛋白质水平的升高,太行鸡末期体重、平均日增有增加趋势,平均日采食量和料重比有降低的趋势。日粮代谢能水平对育雏期太行鸡血清中甘油三酯的含量有显著影响(P〈0.05),对其他各项指标均无显著影响,日粮粗蛋白质水平对育雏期太行鸡的血液各指标均无显著影响(P〉0.05)。随代谢能水平升高,甘油三酯含量显著升高,其余各项血液指标均呈现上升趋势;随蛋白质水平升高,血清中胆固醇含量有降低的趋势,其他各项血液指标有升高的趋势。日粮代谢能、粗蛋白质水平对育雏期太行鸡甘油三酯含量有显著影响,H-H、H-M、H-L组含量显著高于M-H、M-L、L-M、L-L组。综合考虑生长性能和血清生化指标,建议太行鸡育雏期日粮适宜代谢能水平为12.0-12.30 MJ/kg,粗蛋白质水平为17%-20%。
The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of different dietary metabolizable energy(ME)and crude protein(CP)levels on growth performance and blood biochemical indices of brooding Taihang chicken.A total of 720 Taihang pullets aged 1 day were randomly allocated to 9 treatments in a 3(ME)×3(CP)design with 4 replicates of 20 each. Dietary metabolizable energy levels were 11.70,12.00 and 12.30 MJ/kg respectively,crude protein levels were 17%,18.5% and 20%.The results showed that the effects of metabolizable energy levels on the brood of Taihang chicken growth performance were significant (P 〈 0.05),while the effects of crude protein levels on growth performance weren’t significant, and the interaction effect between metabolizable energy and crude protein level was significant.With the improvement of metabolizable energy level,the final body weight and arerage daily gain(ADG) of the Taihang chicken increased,while the average daily feed intake (ADFI) and feed/gain (F/G) decreased;with the improvement of crude protein level,the final body weight and ADG had increasing trend,while the ADFI and F/G tends decreased.Dietary metabolizable energy(ME) levels had a significant effect on serum triglyceride content (P 〈 0.05) ,There was no significant effect on other indicators. Dietary crude protein level of the blood biochemical parameters weren’t significantly affected(P 〉 0.05).With the increase of metabolic energy levels,triglyceride levels were significantly increased,and the indicators tend upgraded.With levels of protein increasing,serum cholesterol levels decreased,while other indicators tend increased.Metabolizable energy and crude protein level interaction had a significant effect on triglycerides.The content of triglycerides in H-H,H-M,H-L groups were significantly higher than that in M-H,M-L,L-M,L-L groups.Under the experimental conditions,considering the growth performance and serum biochemical parameter
