饲粮代谢能和粗蛋白对1~56日龄汶上芦花公鸡生长性能、屠宰指标和免疫器官指数的影响 被引量:17

摘要 试验研究了饲粮中不同代谢能和粗蛋白水平对芦花公鸡生长性能、屠宰性能及免疫性能的影响。选取体重相近的1日龄健康芦花公鸡1080只,按照二因素三水平完全交叉试验设计随机分为9组(每组6个重复,每重复20只鸡),代谢能高中低三水平为11.92、11.51、11.09 MJ/kg,粗蛋白三水平为19%、18%、17%,试验期为1~56日龄。结果表明:①体增重高能组显著高于中能组(P<0.05),中能组显著高于低能组(P<0.05);高蛋白和中蛋白组均显著高于低蛋白组(P<0.05),高蛋白和中蛋白组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。体增重与饲粮代谢能和粗蛋白水平有显著回归关系,随饲粮代谢能和粗蛋白水平升高显著提高(P<0.05)。只日采食量各处理组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。料重比高能组显著低于中能和低能组(P<0.05),中能和低能组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。料重比和饲粮代谢能水平有显著负相关关系,随代谢能水平的升高显著线性降低(P<0.05);各蛋白水平组之间料重比没有显著差异(P>0.05)。②屠宰率和腹脂率各组无显著差异(P>0.05)。半净膛率和全净膛率各蛋白水平之间差异不显著(P>0.05),但均受饲粮代谢能水平的显著影响(P<0.05),且和代谢能水平有显著正相关关系,随代谢能水平提高均显著线性增加(P<0.05)。③各组肝脏指数、脾脏指数、法氏囊指数均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结果提示:高能高蛋白组和高能中蛋白组均具有良好的生长性能,半净膛率和全净膛率随代谢能水平的升高显著线性提高,免疫功能未受到代谢能和蛋白水平的显著影响,综合考虑饲料成本和性能指标,高能中蛋白组营养水平最为适宜。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary metabolizable energy(ME)and crude protein(CP)on performance of production,slaughter and immunity in Whenshang luhua roosters.Three dietary ME levels,11.92,11.51 and 11.09 MJ/kg,and three dietary CP levels,19%,18%and 17%,were examined using a factorial arrangement of treatments.A total of 10801-day-old healthy roosters with similar body weight were randomly allotted into 9 treatments,each had 6 replicates and each replicate had 20 roosters.Roosters were reared for 56 days.The results showed that:①body weight gain(BWG)of roosters fed high energy was significantly higher than that of roosters fed medium energy(P<0.05),BWG of roosters fed medium energy was significantly higher than that of roosters fed low energy(P<0.05).BWG of roosters fed high protein or middle protein was significantly higher than that of roosters fed low protein(P<0.05),while BWG of roosters fed high protein had no significant difference with that of roosters fed middle protein(P>0.05).BWG had a significant regression relationship with dietary ME and CP levels,which increased significantly with the increase of ME and CP levels(P<0.05).Daily intake had no significant differences among all treatments(P>0.05).The feed consumption to weight ratio(FCR)of roosters fed high ME was significantly lower than that of roosters fed middle or low ME(P<0.05),and FCR had no significant difference between roosters fed middle ME and low ME(P>0.05).FCR had a significant negative correlation with dietary ME level,which decreased linearly with the increase of diet ME level(P<0.05).FCR was not affected significantly by diet CP(P>0.05).②Slaughter rate and abdominal fat rate had no significant differences among all treatments(P>0.05).Half net bore rate or eviscerating percentage was not affected by dietary CP(P>0.05),however affected significantly by dietary ME(P<0.05),and had a significant positive correlation with dietary ME,which increased linearly with the increase of ME level(P<0.05).③Liver index,s
