云南新建高师院校教师教育发展问题及转型策略

摘要 新建高师院校是我国高等教育体系的一个重要组成部分,在高等教育生态系统中占据重要地位。云南新建高师院校教师教育发展主要存在毕业生就业难、学校内设机构不合理、学术骨干与学科带头人缺失、学术研究能力薄弱四大方面问题。为此,新建高师院校需要从四方面发力推动教师教育转型:一是更新教育理念,优化人才培养目标;二是推进教师教育人才培养改革,构建多元化人才培养模式;三是加强师资培养,建设高素质的课程师资队伍;四是注重体制创新,彰显教师培养机制的一体化。 New teachers colleges are an important part of higher education system and play an important role in higher education ecosystem. There are four problems in the process of teacher education development for new teachers colleges in Yunnan: graduates employment, unreasonable, missing school internal organs academic backbone and academic leaders, papers published in difficulty. Thus, the new teachers colleges need to promote the teacher education from four areas: first, updating the philosophy of education, optimizing the training objectives; second, promoting personnel training teacher education reform, building a diversified training model; third, and strengthening teacher training, construction of highquality curriculum teachers; fourth, focusing on institutional innovation, highlighting the teachers training system integration
