摘要
目的了解某地食源性疾病的流行病学特征,为其辖区内食源性疾病的预防提供依据。方法 2015年菏泽市10家医院对符合食源性疾病病例标准的患者进行登记并网络直报,对报告的病例进行统计分析。结果该市10家医院2015年共报告食源性疾病病例2 560例,其中男性1 333例(52%),女性1 227例(48%);夏秋季是该病高发季节;农民和0~10岁年龄组人群为重点关注人群;果蔬类和肉与肉制品是主要的致病食品。结论该市应加强居民食品卫生管理工作,优先针对向农民、儿童等高发人群普及卫生饮食方法,减少食源性疾病的发生。
Objective To understand epidemiological characteristics of foodborne diseases in a certain local area, providing a basis for the prevention of foodborne diseases. Methods Foodborne illness cases were collected and analyzed in 10 hospitals of Heze city, Shandong province through registration and direct network Data. Results There were 2 560 cases of foodborne illness in 2015 in Heze city, including 1 333 male cases and 1 227 female cases. It's incidence reported were high in summer and autumn. Peasants and children(0~10years)groups were the component population. Fruit, vegetable foods and meats were the main exposed food. Conclusion We shoud propaganda food hygiene to population, preferentially to peasant and children, to reduce the incidence of foodborne illness.
