摘要
研究提出师范院校人才培养方面的四个新特点,即人才培养目标针对性强,学科专业课程的类别细化,设置创新创业类选修课程,以及实践教学环节灵活多样,存在的问题是对教师培养事业的综合改革相对少,人才培养方案保障机制建设不健全,教学内容与教师资格考试内容脱节,且本科教学设计与教育硕士不衔接。研究提出应继续加强教师知识与技能教育,深化教育教学管理机构的改革。
This research puts forward four new characteristics of talent cultivation of normal universities, that is,training goals are more targeted, categories of professional courses are more elaborated, elective courses related to innovation and entrepreneurship are set and practice teaching is more flexible. However, there are still some problems,including relatively less comprehensive reform on teacher cultivation, imperfect guarantee mechanism in talent training plans, disconnection between teaching content and test content of teacher certification, and divergence in education design for undergraduate students and that for masters majored in education. So we still need to enhance the knowledge and skill training for teachers and deepen the reform of education management organization.
