线粒体病骨骼肌磁共振^(31)磷波谱的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 线粒体病(mitochondrial disorders)是一组少见的线粒体结构和(或)功能异常导致的以脑和骨骼肌受累为主的能量代谢障碍性多系统疾病,其临床表现高度异质、复杂多样,主要临床类型包括线粒体肌病、线粒体脑肌病、线粒体心肌病、线粒体糖尿病、线粒体胃肠病等。
