多种引发剂混合处理对马尾松种子发芽的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为探究提高马尾松种子发芽力的有效方法,以Ca^(2+)溶液、PEG-6000和不同浓度的GA3溶液组合处理马尾松种子,进行马尾松种子发芽实验,测定不同处理种子的发芽指标和生化指标。结果表明:各个引发处理的马尾松种子发芽指标均显著高于清水处理(ck),其中以Ⅱ号(5%PEG-6000浸泡12h、20mmol/L Ca^(2+)+50mg/L GA3混合浸泡12h)处理效果最好,发芽率比对照提高了74.3%;低浓度的PEG-6000、Ca2+和GA3均对马尾松幼苗细胞膜修复具有促进作用,Ⅰ号引发处理(5%PEG-6000+50mg/L GA3)对幼苗细胞膜修复效果最好,其根系质膜透性比对照降低了68.59%;引发处理能显著提高种子活力,促进种胚对可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的吸收,提高种子SOD和CAT活性。 In order to exploring effective methods for improving seed germination of Pinus massoniana,we made the germination experiment of Pinus massonianaseed by soaked under different concentrations combination of Ca^(2+),PEG 6000 and GA3.The seed germination indices and biochemical indicator were determined.The results showed the seed germination indices of all priming treatment were higher than the water soaked seed(ck),and the treatment II(5% PEG 6000 immersion 12h,20mmol/L Ca^2+ +50mg/L mixed GA3 immersion 12h)has the best effect for germination,the germination percentage increased 74.3%than the control.Low concentrations treatment of PEG 6000,Ca^(2+)and GA3 promoted the repairs of cell plasma membrane of Pinus massoniana seedlings,the treatmentⅠ(5% PEG 6000+50mg/L GA3)produced the best repair effect for cell plasma,the membrane permeability of seedling roots decreased 68.59% than the control.Priming treatment can significantly improved the seed vigor,promoted the absorption of soluble sugars and soluble proteins in embryo,and increased the SOD and CAT activity.
