摘要
在干旱胁迫下研究PVA+GA混合浸种对高羊茅种子萌发及幼苗抗旱性的影响。结果表明:PVA+GA混合浸种处理使高羊茅的出苗率显著提高;在相同水分条件下,PVA+GA处理幼苗的脯氨酸含量、SOD、POD和CAT活性都要比水浸种对照高,MDA含量要比水浸种对照低,且差异都显著;PVA+GA混合浸种能促进高羊茅种子的萌发、提高幼苗的抗旱性。
Effect of PVA and GA mixture on drought resistance of soaked Festuca arundinacea seed during germination and seedlings were studied under drought stress. The results showed that PVA+GA treatments greatly improved the rate of seedlings bourgeon. Under the same water condition, PVA+GA treatments made the content of MDA lower and the content of proline higher than water control and the difference was significant. At the same time, the activity of SOD and POD and CAT improved significantly. So the drought resistance of tall rescue seed soaked with PVA+GA were increased: during seedlings and the rate of seedlings bourgeon were improved.
