摘要
该系统改变了目前螺旋焊管生产线切管岗位人工定尺切割的生产方式,利用图像识别技术在线检测钢管长度,并对切割装置进行自动控制。在此基础上,增加了针对原料的优化切割模型和焊接质量分析功能,不仅自成体系,还可以与MES系统进行数据交互,从而实现了工业技术与信息技术的融合。
The system has changed the production method of the current spiral welded pipe production line cutting pipe post manual cutting,using image recognition technology to detect the length of steel pipe line,and automatic control of the cutting device.On this basis,an increase of the optimization of the raw materials for cutting model and analysis of welding quality function,not only system,can also exchange data with the MES system,and realize the amalgamation of industrial technology and information technology.
