摘要 传统的辊式测长法在恶劣的切割环境下很难满足连铸钢坯定尺切割高精度和高可靠性的要求。宝山钢铁股份有限公司电炉炼钢厂7#连铸机采用了自主研发的基于机器视觉的钢坯自动切割测长系统,具有非接触、高可靠性、免维护的特点,很好地兼顾了测长的精度和稳定性。通过阐述系统的原理、配置、结构、特点和功能,为机器视觉技术在相关领域的进一步推广应用提供借鉴和指导。 It is difficult to meet the requirement for the high accuracy and high reliability of the CCM billet cut-to-length measuring system by the traditional roll-type length measuring method in a rough cutting environment.A billet cut-to-length auto measuring system based on the machine vision technology has been applied to the No.7 caster in Baosteel EAF Steelmaking Plant.The system features non-contact,high reliability and free of maintenance and well balances the accuracy and stability for the length measuring.The paper explains the system's principle,configuration,structure,characteristics and function,which will provide reference and instructions for the further application of the machine vision technology in the related fields.
