摘要
针对工业现场大型设备在不具备有线网络环境及现场故障不能远程诊断等情况,利用远程数据传输终端DTU设备及移动GPRS流量SIM卡搭建无线通信环境,实现现场数据的远程传输。基于King SCADA组态软件和SQL Server数据库作为开发平台的故障诊断系统,包括现场设备的动画模拟、数据的采集分析与展示、故障算法分析库建设等。最后通过现场50MN快锻压机设备做实验,并由实验结果表明,系统能够远程诊断现场故障、模拟设备现场作业工艺流程及数据的分析与展示,可应用于实际工业现场。
The focus of this paper is to solve the problem of field failure in remote diagnosis of large equipment in the workshop under a none-network environment by using terminal DTU equipment and mobile GPRS remote data transmission SIM card to build a wireless communication environment,so as to achieve field data remote transmission.This design is based on King SCADA configuration software and essentially database as a development platform of fault diagnosis system,including animation simulation,data collection and analysis in the field devices and display.
